- Style of Video:A simple presentation video lasting a couple of minutes costs less than €500, while cinematically complex commercials require investments in the thousands of euros.
- Duration of Video:It is logical to assume that longer videos are more expensive. However, the cost per minute varies: a minute of a presentation video shot in the client's office costs significantly less than a minute of a large project undertaken by a big team.
- Script:The quality of the script influences the cost. A well-thought-out script written by a professional screenwriter makes filming more efficient. The average cost of a script is around €200 per minute of finished video.
However, there are a number of low-budget projects that do not require a complex script. In such cases, the cost may be €50-100 per minute of finished material. - Locations:The shooting location is also an important factor. Renting the INK Photostudio costs from €30 per hour or from €200 per day.
If additional locations need to be rented, their costs will be added. - Size of the Crew:The more complex the production, the more specialists are required, such as a producer, drone operator, director, sound engineer, and lighting technician.
There are small projects that only require a couple of crew members and an editor. We are happy to take on such orders as well. However, it should also be understood that if your project requires serious video production at different locations and with a large number of actors, additional specialists will inevitably be needed. - Actors:Actor fees vary depending on experience and role requirements; on average, the cost is about €200 for beginner actors and €800 for professionals in short commercials.
- Makeup and Hairstyling:The cost of professional makeup and hairstyling starts at €75 per person, and this price increases if multiple makeup artists or extensive work is required.
- Post-Production:The cost of post-production, including editing, color correction, and sound mixing, starts at €30. Additional charges may apply for special requests such as animation or voiceover.
- Music:We only use licensed soundtracks. Custom music always costs money, and its price depends on the performer and the popularity of the song. For most projects, we source music from stock libraries.
Generally, the licensing cost is between €20-60. However, if a client wants to use a well-known musical piece, the price can be much higher. - Deadlines:The timeline for video production also affects its cost. Rush orders or special requirements may increase expenses.
The combined influence of these factors determines the final price of video production.
